2015-current: PhD in Biochemistry, Heriot-watt University, Edinburgh, UK
2012-2015: Assistant Lecturer Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria
Victor is a PhD student in Nano Safety research group (human health). The research in this group investigates mechanism of toxicology of nanomaterials to cell at various target sites such as immune system, lungs, gastrointestinal tract and liver. Prior to Victor's coming to Heriot-Watt University he studied Biochemistry at Abia State University Uturu-Nigeria both at Honors and Masters Level. His Masters dissertation was on Environmental and Human Toxicology which led to his interest in human toxicology. He gain enormous skills in water analysis, animal experiment and cell biology during his Masters dissertation and as Assistant Lecturer at Enugu State University of Science and Technology Nigeria. Beyond university, Victor enjoy playing games like chess and table tennis meeting friends.
